A few weeks back we had the chance to get out on site with the lads from Urban Demolitions And Plant Hire — a team known for their professionalism, tight-knit crew and their ability to tackle everything from residential knockdowns to complex commercial demo work. These boys pride themselves on safe, efficient and clean demolition, and it shows in every job they touch.

This time we caught up with them in Lawnton, where their brand‑new Kobelco SK235SR‑7 combined with a Dehaco hydraulic grab was making short work of a house demolition. It was awesome to watch how smooth, precise and controlled the machine operated… and that’s without a tilt hitch! The SK235SR‑7 was absolutely dialled in.

Repost from - It’s incredible to think how quickly a house can be demolished. It’s very exciting building a new home for our family, however, it is sad to think this house was someone’s home for many years. Even though in its current condition it was run down and past repair, I am sure there were many happy times had at this property over the years. did a fantastic job, got in got the job done and left it clear and clean.
