Who are we?

We are a long-established and successful company that has been operating for 30 + years, specializing in commercial landscapes and council work. Our company fosters a supportive, friendly working culture and the development of our people in the essential skills required for delivering top-quality landscaping projects for our clients. With projects across the greater Brisbane & South East Queensland Region, we are currently looking for trainees or experienced landscapers to join our team.

We have a registered EBA. We are proud of how we treat our staff.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

White card
Steel cap boots, hard hat, and Hi-vis clothing.
Constructions Skills are a benefit
Landscaping experience
Manual Driver's License and own vehicle, MR and other Machinery tickets are beneficial
This is a great on-going opportunity with the chance to become permanent.

Most of our work is in the Brisbane area, with some jobs in regional centers inc. NSW and North Queensland.

We have an abundance of quality work with blue-chip clients with high expectations. and we have to meet and better these expectations.

Experience & Qualifications-

We are looking for someone with a passion for landscape. . We have a wide variety of mainly commercial projects coming up.

In the short term, we have several childcare centers around Brisbane, as well as some larger commercial projects

We will provide on the job training and help you get your landscape and construction qualifications

The position will be casual till the end of the probationary period.

The company has a fleet of late-model vehicles that are made available to staff for work purposes. The use of a vehicle can be included in your package.

LandscapeTeam Leader

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Cert III/IV Horticulture or Structural Landscaping Qualifications preferred
Thorough structural landscaping knowledge (retaining walls, decks, paving, etc.and/or great horticultural knowledge.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Constructions Skills are a benefit
Experience managing multiple workers
Able to interpret plans and cost materials
Effective communication skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude to liaise with clients
Plant, Turf and Garden Knowledge
