Every time we let ourselves down, it supports the idea that not having high standards is ok. Every broken promise to yourself changes the way you feel about yourself and reinforces the notion that it’s ok to be let down - if you won’t even show up for yourself, why would others? 🤔 So if you want to build your confidence, start following through on your promises to yourself. 💕
