Bracken Ridge Lion's Train Day Trains run on the 4th Sunday of each month in McPherson Park, Bracken Ridge from 9.00am until 1.00pm.

Each train ride costs $2 per person (2years old and over) or $15 for a 10 ride pass that never expires. The Bracken Ridge Central Steam/Electric Railway is proudly run and operated by the Bracken Ridge Central Lions Club, with all proceeds going back to the community. In the past, funds have been donated to the Premier's Flood Relief Fund, Lions Club Foundation, Childhood Cancer Institute, Scouts Australia, Qld Police Sandgate Bike Squad, Sandbag Sandgate, local School Bursaries and School Chaplaincy programs. Trains run on the 4th Sunday of each month from 9am - 1pm in McPherson Park, Denham Street, Bracken Ridge at a cost of $2 a ride or 10 rides for $15

Bracken Ridge Central Lions Club is at the Bald Hill State School helping them celebrate their 160 year Anniversary. We’re cooking up the sausages for their cafe today and the sausages have probably been supplied to us by Deagon Bulk Meats.

🦁💜 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR FRIENDS AT Bracken Ridge Lions Club! 💜🦁

We want to give a very special shout-out to the wonderful team at Bracken Ridge Lions Club, who have gone above and beyond to help us bring our 160th Festival together.

On Saturday, members of the Lions will be giving up their time to volunteer and help our team in the Jacaranda Café. ☕️🌳

Community events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without local groups who are willing to roll up their sleeves and lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

THIS SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 27 is the Bracken Ridge central Lion’s train day from 9am to 1pm at McPherson Park Bracken Ridge.

We will have our electric miniature trains, Live entertainment, coffee van, donuts, ice cream van and our community BBQ which will have the Bracken Ridge Scouts turning the snags from our proud sponsors Deagon Bulk Meats! It’s great cheap school holiday fun and supporting your community.
