Our Melbourne team took a well-earned break last Friday to enjoy a pizza lunch as part of Montáže Brož's annual Summer Meal tradition.

Of course, being in Australia, we celebrated it in the middle of winter... but pizza tastes just as good in the cold! 🍕❄️

Even with a busy schedule, it was great to take a short break together and thank the team for all their hard work.

🎄 Montaze Broz AUS Christmas Party 2025

This year we celebrated at Tommy’s Beer Café in Sydney — a little taste of home for our Czech crew, and a delicious cultural experience for the rest of our multicultural team.

We enjoyed classic Czech dishes, shared stories, and celebrated another huge year together.
A small group — about 10 of us — even ran a Secret Santa (or Secret Baby Jesus 😉) to keep the tradition alive!

A massive thank you to the team at Tommy’s for their amazing service.
Serving 50+ hungry and thirsty people at the same time is not easy, but they absolutely nailed it. 🙌

Moments like this remind us what matters most:
the people, the connection, the respect, and the brotherhood we build along the way.
