👏 July Update: Proudly sharing our progress and a few shots for July 2026, from Palais Bulimba development site, by Zephyr Group Qld.

+ The basement rendering is now underway.
+ The level 2 south columns have now been poured, with structure continuing to progress.
+ The feature facade, located on level 3, is now fully formed and ready for the upcoming concrete pour.
+ The formwork located in the level 1 south apartments has now been removed.

Zephyr Group Qld, has advised that anticipated completion at this stage is forecast for the end of Q1 / start of Q2 next year.

We look forward to providing you with further monthly updates and site progress photos as further progression takes place on site.

🔥UPDATE: The Palais Development Team are pleased to provide you with the following June project development:

1. The southern ground floor structure is now ready for apartment framing, with internal wall framing well underway.

2. The northern level three reinforcement and formwork is nearing completion in preparation for the next concrete pour.

3. The second ground level apartment framing is progressing well, with internal layouts now taking shape.

4. The basement hydraulic and drainage services continuing to progress through the carpark.

👏We anticipate the completion at this stage for the end of Q1 / start of Q2 next year.

1. The northern ground floor wall installation is now complete, with the level one formwork now in place.

2. The final southern ground floor columns are now completed, marking structural progress.

3. The entry stairs and planter blockworks are now completed.

4. The northern slab on level one has now been successfully poured.

1. The final ground floor concrete pour is now underway.

2. The basement carpark formwork is now being dismantled.

3. The ground floor North columns are completed and modular walls are now being installed.

4. The council riverfront land dedication works are now completed.

+ All basement finish slab completed
+ Wall around lift 2 are now erected
+ Columns and structural concrete walls poured
+ Structural braces removed to the north side of the basement.
