👏 April Update: Proudly sharing our progress and a few shots for April 2026, from Palais Bulimba development site, by Zephyr Group Qld.

1. The northern ground floor wall installation is now complete, with the level one formwork now in place.

2. The final southern ground floor columns are now completed, marking structural progress.

3. The entry stairs and planter blockworks are now completed.

4. The northern slab on level one has now been successfully poured.

2. The basement carpark formwork is now being dismantled.

3. The ground floor North columns are completed and modular walls are now being installed.

4. The council riverfront land dedication works are now completed.

3. Excavation and dig out of basement now underway to the north half of the property

👏Significant progress was made on-site throughout June. Despite a few wet mornings, the team has continued to push forward, maintaining steady momentum across key stages of the build.

The contiguous piling works for basement retention have now been successfully completed. Capping beam works are underway, forming the structural outline of the basement and defining the building’s perimeter. In the northern section of the site, terrace construction has commenced, marking another important milestone in the overall development.

1. The contiguous piling works continued throughout June and the piling for the basement retention is now complete.

2. The team has transitioned to capping beam works. This will create the foundation outlining the basement and building perimeter.

3. Terrace construction has commenced in the north area of the site.
