Great to see our Director, Brad Ganim, return to this week for their Careers Expo, speaking with students about his pathway into construction management and the opportunities available within residential construction.

Brad shared his experience transitioning from school into the building space, including the realities of project delivery, site exposure, and the different roles involved in bringing homes to life. It was a great chance to answer questions from students considering their own future pathways and highlight the range of careers that sit within the construction sector beyond just the end product.

Thanks to Terrace Old Boys on continuing to create these opportunities for students to connect directly with industry ๐Ÿ

After months of sharing the journey of these two side-by-side builds, weโ€™re excited to finally reveal the completed result of this custom home and hear directly from our client, Shelly about her experience building with Ownit.

As a returning client, she knows our process well, and this home is a true reflection of that ongoing relationship and trust. From the very beginning to the final walkthrough, this has been a build worth following.
