JOFFRE ST | Site Update
Strong progress continues at Joffre Street as all four residences move through key construction milestones.

The first two homes are now well advanced, with interior sheeting, waterproofing, and floor bedding complete. Tiling is underway, cabinetry installation is about to commence, and external cladding and painting are progressing steadily.

The second pair of homes have reached frame stage, with roofing complete on one residence and underway on the other. Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are currently being completed before the project moves into the sheeting phase.

With multiple trades working across different stages of the development, Joffre continues to track well as these four unique residences take shape.

The past few months have been a strong reflection of momentum across the Groove portfolio, from key project completions to consistent progress on site. Everton Hills continues to advance through major construction milestones, while our Coorparoo projects are moving steadily toward completion.

It’s been a quarter defined by delivery, coordination, and pushing projects forward at every stage. As we continue to build across multiple sites, the focus remains clear, high-quality townhouse and multi-residential developments, executed with intent.

JOFFRE ST | COORPAROO

Progress is underway on our newest Coorparoo site. The first two dwellings have been framed to roof level, with roofing now in progress, while concrete slabs are being poured for the remaining lots. Framing for these homes will begin next week, with trades ready to commence rough-ins shortly after.

Construction is moving efficiently, reflecting Groove Properties’ commitment to quality, careful planning, and timely delivery.

VERDE | Final Stages
We’re officially in the home stretch at VERDE. The rear townhomes are complete, with final defect inspections underway to ensure every detail meets our standard both front and back. Landscaping is being finished, touch-ups are in progress, and we’re tracking toward completion in just two weeks.

Open homes for the front residences will commence shortly, before they officially hit the market. A strong finish to a standout boutique development.
