That very dodgy roof was opened up by a mate and done right this time. This is what it should have looked like. Nice work mate.
The sheets weren’t lapped probably. The sheets weren’t turned up. N the box gutter didn’t go through far enough. And of course no were near enough pitch.

What NOT to do. Someone thought it would be a good idea to put corro on a 0.4 deg pitch. Ha ha. Wonder why it was leaking. Corro should never be put on anything less than 5 deg pitch. We never put it lower then 7 deg. Lesson learnt here. Don’t let you chippie put your roof on.
It looked good tho. Shame shame shame, that’s life

We put all our batten spaces around .700mm instead of .900. This gives a better finish to the job, no dings, no gaps between laps of sheeting, any trade can walk on it and a stronger wind rating for our storm season.
Not much more work but a better result.

Re roofing another industrial project. Box gutters, internal walls n parapet capping, we had to add safety mesh as it was an older building. Once the sheets were on we installed walk ways for the aircon guys. Looked great in the end.
Equity would have gone up a lot
