Solara. Twenty-three residences, six levels, one ridge above Kings Beach.

Under construction now at 19–21 Verney Street. Developed by Citimax Property Group, designed by Angelo Patrick Architect. Curved balcony edges, arched openings and fine vertical fins across rendered blockwork — the kind of geometry that looks effortless and isn't.

We're in the substructure at the moment, working out of a double-level basement cut into sandstone. The ground floor slab goes down late September.

Just looking back on one of our earlier projects — a 16-apartment development in Enoggera, completed in 2016.
