Installed Foilboard on a garage door recently in Stafford Heights.
It comes in various thicknesses and this was the 25mm variant.
It’s perfect to aid in insulating the space as well as adding acoustic properties as well.
This was installed for a teenagers music retreat. How good 🙌🏽
The reflective side helps reflect light to brighten the garage also.

Fresh deck to start the New Year for a customer in Alderley.

The bones were good so I renewed failed or missing joist protection. Replaced the boards and added black screws which contrasted beautifully to the freshly oiled merbau.
3 coats for the qld weather.
Replaced the ugly butt join in the corner with a fresh glued and screwed mitre join instead.

Big fan of the look personally.

Spot of plastering on this one. Owner went on a cruise with their family and left me to my own devices 👍🏼
Asbestos professionally removed by a local company before I got to sheet, set and add 90mm cornice bringing the room into this century. Fun times wrangling 3.6x1350mm sheets through a garden, up stairs and into the room 🥵
Added a feature VJ panelled wall at owners request.
Skirts, archs and paint yet to be chosen by owner also.
I love this type of work so msg the page if you or somebody you know needs same.
