Our beautiful double-story house under construction in Morayfield is switching from legacy clay bricks to Autoclaved Aerated Concrete panels, which optimises building performance across four key engineering metrics:

Thermal Resistance: Delivers up to 4x the R-value of standard brickwork, drastically lowering HVAC energy loads.

Structural Load: At 25% the weight of standard concrete, it significantly reduces dead loads on footings.

Construction Velocity: Modular steel-reinforced panels eliminate high-labour brick-by-brick assembly.

Fire & Acoustics: Provides up to a 240-minute fire rating and high acoustic attenuation.
