Wanted Full-Time Solid Surface Fabricator

SOLID Creative is growing!

We have an opportunity for a full-time fabricator to join our small, family-run business in Richlands.

We manufacture solid surface acrylic benchtops for residential and commercial projects, with plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and grow with the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Fabrication experience preferred, but not essential
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Reliable, motivated and keen to learn
• Looking for a long-term position

New Team Member Required – Solid Surface Fabrication

SOLID Creative builds high-quality solid surface benchtops. This is hands-on factory /site work — not a stop-gap job and not for people who struggle to turn up.

We’re experiencing strong, steady growth and are looking to add the right person to our small team. We deliberately pick and choose our work to suit us, with a big focus on quality, pride, and quality of life. We work to live — not the other way around.

We’re looking for either:

An experienced solid surface fabricator, or A switched-on factory hand / trades assistant who genuinely wants to learn a proper trade

This role will suit you if you:

Turn up when you say you will

Take pride in your work (even when no one’s watching)

Are physically capable and comfortable in a factory environment.

Want a long-term role, not “something for now”

Can work independently once shown the ropes

A trade background is an advantage, but not essential — attitude and reliability matter more than tickets.

• An experienced solid surface fabricator or
• A factory hand / trades assistant who’s keen to learn solid surface fabrication

Trade background an advantage but not essential (cabinet making, stone, joinery, carpentry, etc.)

Hands-on, practical mindset

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Willingness to learn and grow with the business
