Named after the home's original title, Raymay reimagines the traditional Queenslander through a contemporary lens — warm timber joinery, a built-in bar nook and considered lighting creating a refined, modern home while remaining sympathetic to the character and timelessness of the original dwelling.

Lacuna explores the traditional concept of the bathhouse — creating spaces that encourage pause, interaction and a connection to the surrounding landscape.

Natural stone, honed concrete and terrazzo finishes are layered throughout the home, creating a tactile palette that seamlessly transitions between indoor and outdoor living.

Carefully framed openings draw in natural light while creating moments of connection between spaces, celebrating the simplicity of form and the beauty of refined materials 🏡
