Mansfield Passive Build – Progress Update 🏡

Our Passive House project in Mansfield is really starting to come together.

With the building wrapped and the external batten system well underway, you can now really see the shape and architectural details of this home taking form.

A huge amount of work goes into the parts of a Passive House that you eventually won’t see — careful detailing of the building envelope, insulation, airtightness, thermal bridging and window installation all play a major role in achieving the performance we’re after.

The next stage will really start transforming the exterior as the cladding goes on.

Great to see all the planning and attention to detail coming together on site.

Avenel Project Update 🏡

Our Avenel project is coming along nicely, with the AWF Interlocking Modern Cladding now taking shape.

The clean vertical lines and concealed fixing system give the home a sleek, contemporary finish while delivering outstanding durability and weather protection. It’s always great seeing the design start to come to life as the external façade comes together.
