Interlock cladding complete at our Avenel project! 🏡🙌

The clean vertical lines and charcoal finish look fantastic against the surrounding countryside. A great effort from the team, with all the details around the windows and corners bringing it together.

Another step closer to handing over this custom home!

A great milestone on our Mansfield build! 🏡

Our first blower door test recorded 0.43 a result we’re really pleased with.

Outside, the spotted gum shiplap cladding is almost complete, and the AWF Interlock cladding is well underway. We’re loving how the warm timber and dark cladding are coming together.

More progress to share soon!

Passive House Progress | Mansfield 🏡

The external finishes are starting to come together on our Mansfield passive build.

A great combination of Spotted Gum shiplap timber cladding alongside AWF Interlock cladding, giving the home a warm natural finish with a sharp, modern contrast.

Behind the cladding is where so much of the Passive House performance comes from — careful detailing, weather protection and a high-performance building envelope.

Passive House — it’s all about the detail.

Certified Passive House – It’s All About the Detail 🏡

Building a Certified Passive House is all about getting the small details right.

Airtightness, insulation, high-performance windows and careful detailing all work together to create a home that’s comfortable, healthy and incredibly energy efficient.

Much of this work will never be seen once the home is finished — but it’s what makes all the difference.

Mansfield Passive Build – Progress Update 🏡

Our Passive House project in Mansfield is really starting to come together.

With the building wrapped and the external batten system well underway, you can now really see the shape and architectural details of this home taking form.

A huge amount of work goes into the parts of a Passive House that you eventually won’t see — careful detailing of the building envelope, insulation, airtightness, thermal bridging and window installation all play a major role in achieving the performance we’re after.

The next stage will really start transforming the exterior as the cladding goes on.

Great to see all the planning and attention to detail coming together on site.
