🚤 Fuel Surcharge Update
Due to the continued rise in fuel prices, we will be introducing a small fuel surcharge to water taxi fares.
This allows us to continue providing a safe and reliable service on the river while managing the increasing cost of operating our vessels.
The fuel surcharge will be reviewed twice a week to ensure it accurately reflects current fuel prices.�We will also post the current fuel surcharge each Monday for our main locations for customers to view.
We kindly ask that customers contact us before their trip to confirm the latest fuel surcharge that may apply to their fare.
Fuel surcharges are common across marine and transport services and help operators manage fluctuating fuel prices without permanently increasing base fares.
We appreciate the continued support from our local community and everyone who travels with us — it helps keep this essential river transport service running.

26th December 10am to 7pm
27th December 7am to 7pm
28th December 7am to 7pm

31st December 7am to 7pm
1st January. 10am to 7pm

We will then return to regular hours on the 2nd of January 7am to 7pm
With out of hours bookings available in advance, please text for fare details

Due to the large amount of rain, wind and more Debris in the river, for safety reasons we will not be operating after dark. Apologies for any inconvenience!
