Position Vacant: Machine/Quarry Operator (Casual)

Location: Rockwell Quarries, 156 Skew Gully Rd, Buaraba QLD 4311 (Between Esk & Gatton)

Hours: Casual with the option for full-time hours, 6 am - 5 pm, 3-5 days per week (based on applicant availability)

Rockwell Quarries is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Machine/Quarry Operator to join our small, hardworking team. This casual role offers the potential for full-time hours. Training is available, but experience with heavy machinery (articulated loaders, dump trucks, and excavators up to 40 tonnes) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy machinery to handle and process materials
Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Support quarry operations, including sorting and transporting materials
Maintain high safety standards and attention to detail

Requirements:
Must have own transport (no public transport available)
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of outdoor work in various conditions
Punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Previous heavy machinery experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
