The longer I am in business, the more convinced I become that good work starts long before anyone picks up a tool.
Vanessa and I put a lot of effort into building a team culture we're proud of. Not because it sounds good on a website, but because we genuinely want our team to enjoy coming to work each day.

When people feel supported, enjoy it, feel respected and part of something bigger, it shows. It shows in the pride they take in their work, how they treat customers, and how they look after each other.
Culture isn't separate from the work. It leaks into everything.

We're far from perfect, but building a great team and a great place to work will always matter to us.

One of the things we invested in about a year ago was our Social Media, not just for advertising, but for the team to have some fun and to show off the people and our culture.
