We are seeking a range of experienced Dozer, Haul Truck & Digger operators for a job located in the Laverton Area for immediate start. The position is FIFO (2 weeks on 1 week off)

The Machine Operators will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machine, ensuring safety standards are met, and communicating effectively with other team members and/or supervisors. The Machine Operator must adhere to operational procedures, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Minimum 2 year’s experience operating and maintaining machines listed above is a requirement.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a medical & D&A test.
• $40-60 per hour flat rate, depending on experience.

Hey everyone, we are desperately searching for a labour hire job for 3 of our employees. They have been on Labour hire to a local mine site & today we have been informed that from tomorrow onwards they no longer require them. As its such short notice it's left us in a panic to try & find our guys a new job. They have experience on a range of earthmoving machines & are capable of being trained to up skill if needed.

Please share as we are desperate to keep them busy for the meantime!
