Custom-built packaging machinery at Marcon Family Farms to eliminate double handling through a manual process. The outcome is an increase in profits and streamlines the packing process. This system involved a packing station and conveyor belts controlled through automation to deliver the end product to a flow wrapper for final packaging before despatch. 🍅⚙️

Did you know we specialise in robotics & vision systems? ⚙️

We recently utilised robotics and vision systems to establish a pick and place fruit to punnet automated line which reduces labour costs and increases efficiencies. This system includes 4 robots with individual camera’s that can see the product travelling along a conveyor belt that then tells the robot where to pick it up from and place into a punnet on another conveyor belt which delivers it to the dispatch area where a custom-built stacker/ wrapper collects the punnets into groups which are then ready to be despatched to the client. The robot line is fully controlled via iPad.
