I coated this timber deck from new 6 years ago and due to having the right preparation and product applied there was no cracking or peeling just expected fading,was a easy 3 step process to bring back to brand new again aswell as some additional work to tidy up this lovely BBQ area.

Another roof restoration done in parklands with full exterior repaint, lattice work and epoxy floor to front pebble entry.
We pressure washed entire roof, replaced all roofing scews with high grade corrosion resistance screws, cleaned out very dirty gutters.
Applied x1 coat Dulux Membrane
Followed by x2 coats of Dulux Roofing membrane. Repainted gutter faciers and eves, washed and repainted water tanks to match.
Painted bare front lattice work and epoxied front entry in x2 coats of Dulux two pac epoxy.
