A passionate, action-packed week for the team. 🔥

We wrapped up a creative shed entrance featuring a custom spoon drain, a 7.5m x 7.3m shed slab with a massive 5.8m roller door opening, and a stunning exposed patio extension with 9m of drainage installed to keep water flow under control.

Another builder’s delight — a driveway only fitting one car down the side. Simple solution? We widened it straight and solved the problem properly.

Every man’s dream: a clean pathway to the man shed, finished off with a practical pathway down the side of the house.

And one for the books coming soon… an exposed pathway with dark charcoal highlight edges. 👌🏼

Monday’s Job Complete 👌🏼

Today the team completed the prep and pour of this Mecano shed slab, measuring 6.060m x 7.0m, featuring two roller door entrances ready for installation.

As always, we take pride in not only delivering a quality concrete slab, but also leaving the site cleaner and better than when we arrived.

With the break in the weather, the team was able to complete this stunning pool surround transformation today.

Featuring a beautiful Salt & Pepper exposed aggregate finish, this project also included the installation of a 10-metre drainage system to ensure effective water management around the pool area.

A clean, practical, and low-maintenance finish across 42m², creating the perfect space to relax and entertain for years to come.

A mates project we had the pleasure of helping bring to life today.

This beautiful half moon concrete slab has been designed with the future in mind — planned perfectly to allow for tiling, a centred fire pit installation, and smooth transitions into the upcoming shed entrance slab and future home projects.

With carefully tuned outward falls for effective water flow and a clean practical finish, this area is set to become an incredible outdoor entertaining space once completed.

A truly impressive 2 day transformation completed by the team.

Day 1 involved the preparation and pour of a 6m x 6.5m shed slab, complete with cast-in brackets and roller door step-downs.
For McHugh Steel Bundaberg

Day 2 consisted of the preparation and pour of the 45m² driveway entrance, featuring a unique spoon drain water flow design, along with the 1.5m x 6m patio step-down area.

An incredibly proud project to walk away from — the workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail displayed by the crew was a true showcase of skill, especially with only a 3 man team on site.

Massive credit to the boys for the hard work and commitment put into every stage of this build.
