We are always learning.

The Mezzanine Floor in these photos wasn't completed by our team, we were just asked to extend it.

Although it was clearly built right and to the correct standards, the original supplier didn't provide the correct engineering documents and couldn't be contacted.

We suggested as part of our extension works that we also include engineering both of our new work and the existing structure.

Photos, drawings and information were provided to our engineer and within 24hrs the new and existing structures were approved.

We engaged our Structural steel fabricator to manufacture the additional parts required and we delivered them to the site within 2 weeks of the order placement.

The customers brother was actually a commerical builder and took care of the installation which was completed in 1 x day.

We took some learning from the existing mezzanine along with some things we would have done differently but overall the existing structure was solid and built really well which made our job of extending it quite simple.

A mezzanine floor isn't complicated.

It is made up of posts, beams, joists and flooring. The complicated part is bringing that all together efficiently, both in terms of price and engineering, and that is what we do best.

Our system is simple, quick and no nonsense.

If you require the fruit on top - handrails, stairs and gates - we make that nice and easy as well.

With in-house design and support coupled with installers who know our system back to front, you'll have a custom Mezzanine installed within 2-3 weeks of placing your order.

50m2 Mezzanine Floor supplied and installed in Brendale, QLD.

The customer is enclosing the Mezzanine for a parts storage area hence no handrail around the perimeter.

Installation took 6hrs with a team of 3 x installers and the lead time/ material manufacture from order placement to completion was ~ 3 x Weeks.

We provided a forklift and Scissor lift for the project to complete the works safely and removed all rubbish from the site.
