God led me to partner with this man before calling me to full time ministry. Many of the best bathrooms I ever did were in partnership with Chris from New Worx Construction.

Hi 👋 my name is Chris and I am the founder and Director of New Worx Construction.

I took the leap in 2019 to go out on my own, taking my passion for providing high quality, honest work and applying it to my own business.

One area of business that I learnt very quickly is the necessity for open communication, clear goals and outcomes, accurate scheduling and stakeholder coordination. Managing projects to the highest standards became, not just a business necessity, but a skillset I have learned to love! This is because the outcome of excellent project management is client satisfaction, and client satisfaction is what I strive for everyday.

It has been a journey since 2019, I have learnt a lot, had many ups and downs, as well as started a family in my personal life. As a result, I am extremely proud to have been short listed for MBA Project Manager of the Year for 2025 🥳

Happy New Year family.
God bless you all, all your families and all you do in 2025.
I am posting here a photo of all I know juxtaposed with another photo of what I’m stepping into; my old life and my new life.

Many of you have seen the trailer racing around from time to time as I’ve been working part time to support my family while studying Theology at Avondale university….

That has all come to an end as my friends in the Seventh-day Adventist, SouthNSW Conference have affirmed my calling to full time ministry by granting me the position of Intern Pastor this year, while I continue my studies at University.

Considering the weight of responsibility I feel whenever someone calls me Pastor, a title I most certainly have yet to earn, I am still excited to be stepping into my new life of service to the community and to the Church as a Pastor.

This has not made stepping away from plumbing easy. I have loved my adventure and meeting all whom God has put in my path: my mentors, employers, friends, colleagues and customers. I’ve enjoyed serving my community and have sincerely endeavoured to remain value for money and trade fairly always. It hasn’t always been easy, but I believe I’ve fought the good fight. I have learned much and grown personally having worked beside incredible tradesman. I am proud to add, wherever I have gone I have tried to represent Jesus and share the Gospel He put in my heart to share.

Thankyou for your faith and Confidence in me these past few years, thanks for the adventure of a lifetime. I have officially closed my doors and am no longer trading.

If you suspect God is calling out to you, take a leap of faith and hear him out and consider what he’s offering… It’ll be the best trade you ever make!

This is a very neat and tidy Puretec F4 CC FilterWall.

My first one. Will look great with a little pot plant growing where the pipes come up I reckon 😉

Not cheap, however in my opinion a value for money system that guarantees water worthy of a satisfied grin with every sip: Healthy water is Happy water.

This system has been coupled with a Z12 under sink filter for PFAS removal.

Only Puretec for Pure and Healthy water. They are, undoubtedly, the best in the game.

Had a master class today with Xanthe Gay from X gallery in Bungendore, she’s a master craftsman and the definition of excellence in silversmithing in my opinion.

She has been Bungendore’s best kept secret for near on 20 years now and a secret that’s become extremely difficult to keep as her work and personality are both outstanding.

Be sure to stop by and have a look at her amazing work when you have a chance. There are some pretty incredible creations for sale.

She was very kind and picked some Daphne from her garden for my family to enjoy today, which made one little girl extremely happy.

I did some work for Corey recently and noticed a very different feel to anything I’ve ever experienced in his laundry as his was wrapped in beautiful stainless (loved it!!).

A few days later, after spending a considerable amount of time calling suppliers and searching the internet for a sink that would fit in this L shaped cleaners room and allow passage way to cupboard space… my brain eventually connected the dots and I decided to give Corey a call.

Corey whipped up a sink for me in just over a week, and it is without a doubt the most quality product I think I have ever purchased. He also made up for me brackets, legs and gave me a packet of correctly sized screws so that I could not damage it fitting it in!

Yeah it’s an awkward room alright. But the sink is perfect and perfect for it.
