Like many small businesses, we’re currently navigating significant increases in fuel and material costs.

Rather than simply passing on large price increases, we’re trialling two flexible service options to help both our customers and our business manage these changes:

🔧 Labour Only Service
You purchase materials directly, and we take care of the installation.

🔧 Labour & Materials Service
We can still supply materials, however deposits will now be required to secure pricing and availability.

This approach allows:
✔ Greater transparency on costs
✔ Flexibility to suit your situation
✔ Continued reliable service

📅 These changes came into effect from 20 April 2026 and will be reviewed as conditions improve.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support — it truly means a lot to our family business.

Just what you want to wake your husband up with at 6:30 on a Sunday morning : ‘Sweetheart I think we have a burst pipe in the wall - either our ensuite or the spare room’’s ensuite’!!.

Looking on the bright side he knew where the pipes ran - after pulling one brick off the outside wall it wasn’t inside but outside & from pine tree roots had caused the issue also luckily we were back from holidays 🌲🤦🏻‍♀️😩. And bonus number 2 the quality of work is going to be great & it’s a love job 🤣
