Water closet renovation we have just completed.
Removal of old tiles and cement bed then underlay sheeting and waterproofing. Tiled-grouted and new back to wall toilet installed.

Submersible pump installation is a great idea when you have no other choice trying to remove stormwater from your property.
These installations we have done on the one property.
The largest of the Davies pumps will pump 200 litres a minute and the smaller 140 litres a minute.
And it certainly safes on a lot of excavations $$$

Customer was concerned about a large sink hole that appeared in their back yard.
Movement in the sewer drain caused this bend to slowly break off with the soil around washing down the pipe, and of course the tree roots were having a great time.
