These horizontal meterboxes are being phased out as they DO NOT comply with modern safety standards and cannot physically accomodate the new digital smart meters that are being rolled out in Queensland.

Vertical meterboxes are now being installed which are much safer for all and with the improvement in technology of safety switches, makes fault finding a little easier too, saving you time and money in the long run.

Out with the old: 1 x rusty, discoloured metal AC fan with the old iron core wall switch - gone.

In with the new: 1 x plastic moulded DC fan with remote control and full access to the cupboard - here to stay.
