Some information you may not be aware of for those considering any DIY electrical at home.

Performing DIY electrical
Fine $40,000 - $100,000

Resulting in Injury or death
Up to $600,000 & 5 years imprisonment

As well as:

Insurance
Any damage caused will VOID home insurance
If discovered during sale of home will be required to be rectified at your expense before settlement

WHAT ELECTRICAL WORK CAN YOU DO YOURSELF?
Install battery-operated only smoke detectors
Rewire old-style fuses
Install plug in low voltage garden lighting and pond pumps
Fitting an electric wall-oven in a kitchen cabinet, but NOT connecting
Cutting opens for an air conditioning unit, but NOT connecting

WHAT ELECTRICAL DIY WORK IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN?

Attention clientele unfortunately my phone took a fatal tumble from a roof space today and so I have lost a large number of phone numbers and SMS text messages for the most part anyone who has contacted me through my business page or via Facebook Messenger your messages have still been received I apologise to anybody who has attempted to contact me and was not able there’s also means I have also lost a large number of my contacts as only my business page and messenger are able to be backed up to the cloud my apologies

Not all electricians are the same ⚡️ 🔥 💀
Please be careful who you trust to carry out your electrical installation. This work was carried out by a licensed electrician /solar installer. All he was trying to do was and one wire to the main switch…. 
This high resistance join is likely to have caused significant damage to electrical appliances, the homes complete wiring infrastructure and / or a housefire had I not discovered it during the installation of a pool circuit.
