Facebook has de-linked my business page from my messenger app for the second time in 4 months, uninstalling and reinstalling the app & logging out and back in have not fixed the problem, replies may be sporadic and/or outside of work hours until I get the account re-linked. Sorry for any inconvenience. Messaging me directly and/or via my mobile number might be the best option for the time being.
