Another successful fit-out at Blue Venus Airport West 😎😍

As always, our amazing contractors performed amazing work to bring this together within weeks Diamond Coat Painting Capacity Cabinets Precise Plastering Group .level.electrical

Custom lighting fixtures including spot lights, lighting tracks and modern up and down lights, custom shop front glazing, crisp and precise plasterboard finishes, custom joinery including a plinth with storage, custom board finishes for shopfront, custom reception desk and storage cupboards, and a beautiful, unblemished paint job.

We are lucky to have such a great team working with us!

This beautifully designed home by architecture studio Architecture architecture focuses on creating private and communal spaces across every spectrum of a home. Creating intimate and generous spaces in all aspects of each zone creates a house that is full of character, and provides a wide range of mental and physical stimulation and relaxation throughout the home.

The use of lower ceilings interspersed with higher ones in communal areas brings atmosphere to each individual micro environment, while the use of the garden as an internal courtyard helps to define and expand on the private and communal spaces, providing greenery to lookout over no matter where you are in this stunning home.

We've been a little quiet on the socials lately... but that's because we have been so busy!

We have several projects currently *~*under construction*~* including a new Jump Swim School in Mickleham, a brand new Genesis gym Mickleham, two Beauty & Brow stores - a renovation at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, and a new fit-out at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre!!

Building design firm and interior designers came together to create this beautiful addition to an existing 1980's brick home in Jan Juc.

Keeping elements of the initial house as design features, the additions make the house feel open and vibrant, but yet provide clearly defined zones of privacy and entertainment. The clever use of finishes and fittings throughout the home further help define each separate space. Muted tones with splashes of colour, and contrasting dark against light draws the eye to key aspects of the home, including the central kitchen area.

Glazing draws light in at every turn of the home, seamlessly blending interior with exterior, and old from new.

We are now underway with our newest Genesis Fitness Club at Mickleham! Framing has started to create specific functional fitness and group fitness zones, including state of the art equipment, finishes, and gym floor area. Keep tuned as we continue progressing...!

This beautiful extension, 'Tsubo Niwa House' by pays homage to the original heritage home by making clever and beautiful use of wood finishes. Generous and thoughtful glazing, including louvres, essential for the north Sydney climate, ensure the beautiful garden is drawn inside at every turn.

Visual aids, such as timber batten ceiling finishes, and vertical timber screening, also assist with light and temperature, but draw the eye to the lush greenery outside.

What has been achieved in this environmentally thoughtful project is a stunning and cosy environment which provides, nurtures, inspires and connects both people, nature, and the built environment.
