White/light mixes look awesome…but they don’t forgive mistakes. One bit of dirt and it shows, so this one took extra care from start to finish to keep it clean and sharp👌🏾

Bit of prep behind this one…had to saw cut and remove the council kerbing to make way for the new driveway, brought in to get the subgrade right and to clear it all out 💪🏾

Are you a home owner (or builder) sorting out a driveway and then find out council’s got a fiddly kerb and crossover specs you gotta follow?

This driveway project needed two pours to meet council specs. The Gold Coast Council wanted a boxed out drain kerb front entry crossover. The kerb and crossover done properly first, then the driveway.💪🏾🔥

No shortcuts.

For the last couple of years we’ve been following the tradiewives community online… and this year I (Boss Lady) finally got to be there in person at the Tradiewives Conference 2026 🤍

So good to connect face-to-face with other like minded women in the construction field. There’s something special about being in a room full of women who understand the industry, the pressure, the pride, and the partnership behind the scenes.

The support, the conversations, the encouragement….which were so needed and appreciated.

I had a good year (2025) working alongside my boys, Big D and 2Stroke. We worked hard all year with a planned holiday to finish it off.

Instead, we lost my dad unexpectedly on the 28th of December and laid him to rest on New Year’s Day.

Not the ending we hoped for in 2025, and certainly not the way we wanted to start 2026.

This reel is dedicated to you, Dad….my Cob.

Miss you. Love you.🖤🤍❤️

It still feels surreal, hard to believe you’re asleep in death.
