Does your sink smell? Does it have trouble holding water? It might not have been sealed properly!

A customer contacted us with the above issues. Upon inspection, we could see that the sink plug had not been sealed with silicone but with a foam washer. We were able to seal the sink plug properly and leave another customer happy.
