Nothing I can’t do!!
Had to replace rails/ install new posts next to older ones… concrete them in. Screw to older rotten ones.
Dig out old posts- concrete in new ones.
Take gates off. Trim tops/ bottoms of gates due to rotten - old fencer didn’t do the best job.
Replace pailings.
Strengthen tops of pailings.
Install top rails.
And of course a lock of paint!!
