Diesel Fitter / Workshop Lead

Osborne Group is looking for an experienced Diesel Fitter/ Workshop Lead to join our growing team immediately.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a modern fleet running safely and efficiently while leading workshop operations.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
>Servicing and maintaining a modern fleet of earthmoving equipment and trucks
>Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic faults
>Scheduling and coordinating workshop maintenance
>Managing breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime
>Leading workshop operations and maintaining high safety standards
>Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers where required
>Completing maintenance records and compliance paperwork
What We're Looking For:
*Qualified Diesel Fitter
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Experience working on earthmoving equipment and trucks
*Leadership or supervisory experience
*Current driver's licence (HR or above licence advantageous)
*Reliable, organised and able to work independently
