Guardian Electrical NQ is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help drive our growing commercial electrical business across Far North Queensland.

🔧 Lead teams across multiple projects
📅 Manage scheduling, resources & compliance
📈 Drive quality, accountability & performance
🤝 Work closely with the Director on project delivery

What you'll need:
✔ QLD Electrical Contractor Licence (essential)
✔ Leadership experience in electrical/construction
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ SimPRO experience a bonus

💰 $150K+ salary package (depending on experience)
