🚢⚡ Blast From The Past – Major Keel Cooler Failure

This dive boat’s keel cooler let go and started flooding the system with salt water — a serious breakdown that could have caused major damage.

It was a race against time.

💪 Our team responded quickly, flushed the entire system with fresh water, removed contamination, repaired the damage, and restored the AC system back to operating better than before the failure.

🔥 Fast action + hard work + attention to detail = system saved.

It took a huge effort from the team to get everything back up and running — but we got it done.

Let’s hope we never see a failure like that again!

Another commercial vessel back up and running after extensive HVAC repairs.

✔ AHU leak located and repaired
✔ Tricky leak in a return bend successfully repaired (not an easy fix)
✔ Evaporator tube repair completed

A difficult return bend leak could have meant major component replacement — but Rob was able to carry out a precise repair, saving time and reducing downtime. 🦸‍♂️

Most importantly, the crew are back to being comfortably cool onboard. 🌬️
