🎣🔥 WHAT AN AWESOME DAY AT THE GORDONVALE FISHING COMP! 🔥🎣

What an unreal day spent with family, friends and the local community! 👏🍻

FNQ RESTO BLASTING is extremely proud to have been one of this year's MAJOR SPONSORS for the Gordonvale Fishing Comp! 💪🎣

Seeing so many kids getting involved, having an absolute blast and walking away with smiles on their faces and prizes in their hands was nothing short of exceptional! 🏆🎁

At the end of the day, nothing beats the feeling of giving back to the community and supporting events that bring families, friends and locals together!

🎣 A MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO SHIMANO for coming through with the goods and supplying a whopping 100 FISHING COMBOS! How bloody awesome is that! 👏🔥 An incredible contribution that helped make the day even more special for the kids!

A massive shoutout and THANK YOU to all the committee members, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who put in countless hours to make days like this possible. Your hard work certainly doesn't go unnoticed! 👏

It's events like these that remind us just how good our little community really is, and we're proud to be able to support it!

🔥 CAIRNS CENTRAL PROJECT — THAT'S A WRAP! 🔥

After 4 massive months, we're proud to announce the completion of one of our biggest projects to date! 💪

This job has tested us in just about every way possible, but the end result speaks for itself!

💥 A few numbers from this monster project:

✅ 8 massive structures completed — ranging from 20m long x 6m wide right up to a whopping 56m long x 6m wide!

✅ 3-month original timeframe stretched into 4 months thanks to Mother Nature throwing everything she had at us!

🌧️ Over 54 rain-affected days — Safe to say the weather was NOT on our side!

✅ Almost 30 TONNES of garnet blasting media used, followed by countless hours of shovelling, sweeping and cleaning it all back up! 🥵

✅ 1,180 litres of paint used to complete the project!

✅ ZERO lost-time injuries — something we're extremely proud of!

✅ Stress levels through the roof, plenty of sleepless nights and more than a few challenges along the way!

🏆 Most importantly, we've delivered a finished product that the owners are absolutely stoked with!

There was a few changes made along the way to suit the local wind, weather and conditions. The biggest takeaway? Plan for the unexpected, stay adaptable and never underestimate the value of a strong team and good communication.

This project has certainly had its ups and downs. From battling relentless weather delays to the physical demands and pressure of delivering a job of this size, it's been one hell of a ride!

But standing back and looking at what we've achieved makes every early morning, late night, stressful day and bucket of sweat worth it.

Even we're bloody stoked with the finished result, and that's something we're genuinely proud of!

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to the team for digging deep, pushing through the challenges and putting in a solid effort from start to finish. Jobs like this don't get completed without hard work, determination and a crew willing to get stuck in! 👊

Another massive milestone ticked off for FNQ RESTO BLASTING!
