What does that work mean to you?

For us, it means providing quality and safety with efficiency.

The first photo above is of a switchboard inside a commercial kitchen, with a a retrofitted Emergency Stop control. This part of the work was done well, however, some major problems with previous work by others was found within the switchboard and advised to our customer.

Our customer considered the serviceability and safety of the switchboard, where they decided to replace it.

The second photo is our new switchboard which has replaced the old. It’s complete with a main supply chassis and separate Emergency Stop control chassis which allows better service separation.

It’s neat, safe, gives greater functionality and was finished in a day 👏🏻

Change.

It can be uncomfortable, daunting and sometimes difficult to understand or comprehend. Unfortunately without change, growth will be halted and opportunities for real improvement will never truly present themselves.

Sometimes change is also immediately positive, such as the way the business is moving, and especially with the intention of always being better and wanting better, for everyone.

I’d like to think that between all of the brilliant minds in the company, that we can solve any power problem.

That was until the evening of Easter Friday, when we were called to fault find and repair an estates power system and asked if “we had a pump”.

Fortunately, with using our pump and a few ingenious ideas we managed to temporarily, though safely restore power to all buildings of the estate!
