We are nearly there on our Edmonton granny flat. The lockup is done, The plaster is complete, and the painting is nearly finished - 25 onsite construction days in total to get to this point. (39 days since the commencement of the project) And the weather has not been kind to us!! 🏠

“ PEOPLE “ Im absolutely amazed How many houses have zero insulation In Far North Qld.

I can’t stress enough how important Insulation is in your home in this ever inflated economy!! Our Home Is our biggest Investment and there’s better ways to save money than cutting out insulation.

Here on our recent granny flat build we have used aircell roof sarking which gives R1.8 value and Earthwool 5.0 Ceiling Batts to give the Building a total Value of R6.8.

This place will stay nice and constant - cool in summer and warm in the 3 cooler days we have a year!!

Being concreted and tiled all with a flush finish 10mm tolerances.

Superb Design & Everyone should have an automated car turntable in their house.
