Hi everyone,

Due to the increasing risk of flooding and potential road closures across North Queensland, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to bring our departure date forward for safety reasons. We’re genuinely very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

We worked through the weekend using a hand mower where possible to try and get through as many properties as we could in extremely wet conditions. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we weren’t able to get to everyone before conditions deteriorated.

Please know that any clients we missed will be our first priority on our return on 20/01/2025. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during what has been a challenging weather period for everyone.

🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Pyramid Property Maintenance 🎄

This year has been full of early mornings, long days, muddy boots, sore backs, and plenty of laughs along the way, and we are incredibly grateful to every client who trusted us with their homes and properties.

As the year comes to an end, we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Pyramid Property Maintenance is a small, family-run business, and every booking, message, recommendation, like, and share truly means the world to us. Choosing a small business means you are choosing to back a family, and we are genuinely grateful for every bit of trust and support you place in us.

We also want to acknowledge the incredible help and encouragement we have received from other local businesses and contractors throughout the year. From Cairns Mower City lending us the use of a ride-on while ours is still awaiting repairs, to Michelle Tilles Accounting for the endless phone calls, patience, and guidance behind the scenes, and to the many local contractors who have helped out, shared work, and backed us along the way, we are constantly reminded how special this community really is.

Running a small business comes with its challenges, but being surrounded by people who genuinely look out for one another makes all the difference. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a strong and welcoming local network.

🎄 Christmas & New Year Service Update 🎄

We’ll be working right through Christmas and the New Year to keep everyone’s properties looking great.

To recharge and spend some much-needed time with our family, Pyramid Property Maintenance will be taking a short break from 8 January to 21 January.

✔️ All regular customers will be serviced the week before and the week after our closure, so no one will miss out.
✔️ Bookings will reopen as normal from 22 January.
