Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose, identify, and promptly resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and pipe damages.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, faucets, valves, and other plumbing components.
- Liase with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize potential plumbing problems.
- Coordinate and work alongside a team of maintenance professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and service logs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance plumber

• Qualified and QBCC Licensed – we are open to apprentices in their 4th year.

• Cleaner - We do need you to be domesticated because we like to leave places as if we were never there. This basic skill set is desired; however, we can show you how to use a mop and vacuum…that is easy.
• Media Specialist - We are always showing off by sending our clients photos of our work. If the iPad happens to be on selfie mode, that is fine too… some of these can be good for socials, so we want you to snap away.
• IT guru - LJs is super tech savvy, we have iPads to record all our jobs and have all our compliance paperwork on these little tech delights. We use AroFlo, Its ok, If you don’t know how to use this program... we will get one of our younger tech savvy tradies to show you how.

We are looking for someone who possess all the above qualities, who is dynamic and enjoys a wide variety of jobs. We have a diverse range of clients from homeowners, strata managers though to large development companies. With this diverse client base, we can provide a challenging and rewarding career. We are not interested in job hoppers. We are looking for someone who is committed, passionate and driven.

We will lend you one of our fully stocked and maintained vans. You can take home and tuck in safely at night. It will be your job to keep this one clean and tidy. We will require a current, valid Australian driver’s license before we do this.

This is a full-time position with above award wages and superannuation.
