Hi my name is Bob and I have been a Registered Builder for the past 40 year. I have lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast for 32 years, starting off with building spec homes. As a Sole operator I now work on renovations, decks, conversions, insurance repairs and also do pre-purchase building inspection. I am happy to come and discuss your ideas and give obligation free quotes on all jobs. I am equipt to do tiling, plastering and painting also.

I have builts up a wonderful client base on the coast and if I could give some advice to anyone thinking of working on their homes or work place, it would be. please make sure your tradies are licensed and registered and NOT handymen. I am constantly called out to rebuild and fix the mistakes and botch ups of HANDYMEN posing as contractor. Beware of these self taught touts. You get what you pay for and so many people have to pay twice to fix bad work .
