About Community Engagement at Mosaic Property Group:
Mosaic Property Group is a Brisbane based boutique property group which specialises in designing and developing high quality boutique residential property projects across South East Queensland. Mosaic recognised there was a real need to focus on genuinely and respectfully engaging with the community. Earlier this year we launched our community
engagement team, this deliberate move recognises and puts dedicated resources behind Mosaic’s belief that just because the Council has approved our Development Application doesn’t mean that we now have a license to ignore the impact of building on the community in which we build. We operate under the strong belief that when we enter a new community and build our properties, we embed ourselves into the community and stay for the long term. We understand that we earn the right to be in business every single day and it’s the communities that we operate in that allow us to do so. Now at Mosaic, we can’t feed your dog, put out your rubbish or collect your mail. But what we can do is keep an eye on the neighbourhood, engage and contribute to things that are important to the community, speak to you as our neighbours and work together to make this community the best possible version it can be. Cyan by Mosaic located in Kings Beach, is an apartment building consisting of a total of 31 apartments, featuring 23 x 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments, 6 x 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments and 2 x 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouses. On this page you will find frequent updates about the Cyan site such as traffic controls and construction timeframes. Not only will there be construction information, there will also be community updates, community stories and more lifestyle themed posts. You can discuss your concerns and queries on this page so that we can resolve and implement any ideas that you may have. We are always open to suggestions as we are constantly seeking to improve our processes, so if you have any feedback whether it be good or bad, please get in touch. We hope that once we are finished construction, you will share that view and that you look at our building and say - I might not necessarily have wanted that specific piece of land being developed, but if it had to be someone, I’m glad it was Mosaic.
