MERRY CHRISTMAS from the whole LSRP Team! 🎄🎉

Monday night we took the team out for dinner at the Warrior Restaurant & Bar at the The Crocodile Hunter Lodge to celebrate a great year and the Christmas season! 🙌

We are so thankful for the team - they make it all happen! We wanted to treat them and end the year on a high annnd we did and now we’re officially in holiday mode 😎

The office will be reopening on Monday the 12th of January. Wishing you and your loved ones enjoy the holiday season and the LSRP team are looking forward to all that’s ahead in 2026 💪

Yesterday afternoon we took a moment to come together, have an ice cream and honour our mate ✨ Brodie White ✨ as the LSRP team. We shared all of our own stories we had with him over the years 🙌 While we would have preferred him there with us, we think he would have been pretty stoked that we gathered for him.

Stay close to one another, especially in times that are tough and confusing. Hug and cherish those around you, and let them know how much you appreciate them while we’re all here together too.
From all the LSRP Team, we love ya Brodie and we’ll miss you ❤️ …even if you did like to claim our tools and equipment 😉

P.S. One of the stories that came out (and one that seems to be shared with a lot of people) is when he was working on site with Ronan, Brodie would fart a lot around him. So we thought as our funny group photo we would pull a face as if that had just happened - watch how we decide we’ll do that and then our pretty great first attempt in the last photos 😅

It is with profound sadness that we share the news that our beloved Brodie White passed away peacefully this morning.
Brodie suffered a catastrophic stroke last Sunday afternoon. Despite all efforts of the medical team, all prayers and hopes for a complete miracle, it was just his time and he passed away peacefully this morning.

Brodie was a friend. He was valued part of our team; he has been subcontracting and working with us for a really long time. Our prayer and support are with his wonderful family and daughter as they move forward without him.

We love you Brodie.
We are going to miss you.
Rest in peace brother ❤️

✨ Willow, by Azure ✨

This 76 townhouse complex in North Lakes is all wrapped. Coming in at arohnd 4,500m2 of render across 7 buildings, a communal area, as well as a microcement finish around the pool 🙌 This project features a speciality “rough” finish as a part of the scope. It’s sprayed on with the render pump by the team to a thoroughly prepped base coat on the substrate 🤩

The boys did a stellar job on this one. A pleasure working with Azure on this project 🤝

🙌 Caloundra South Social Housing Project 🙌

Around 2,500m2 of render at this residential complex of 32 apartments across three levels… and about 85% of this scope was this bagged finish, swirling and tinted to the colour Monument.

Another wonderfully hand crafted finish by the boys 👏

The redevelopment of in Kawana is done and boy does it look good… and let’s be honest, that render really makes it! (😉)

Around 1,600m2 of render to the extension that now houses 3 commercial tenancies on the Ground Floor and 6 residential units on the First Floor - a great design of a multi-use site by ! It was a pleasure working with the whole team on this one 🙌

As you ascend Queen of Colonies Parade in Moffat Beach you will see this beaut on your right!
A multi-level residential building (an apartment to each floor, just incredible right?! 🤯), beautifully designed by and built by …who for us, was a pleasure to work with on this project! 🤝 Just shy of 1500m2 of render, an incredible job by the boys!

Imagine waking up to that view everyday! 👉😍

A bit of a specialty render finish we’ve been working on with Hutchinson Builders on a project in Bokarina… we’re calling it the “Bok” finish! 😎

It requires a base coat floated flat to level the substrate, then a top “splatter” coat applied with a render pump. It’s pumped on in a circular motion and should not show any directional markings, but instead appearing as random, heavy splatter. Then a trowel is used to “knock down” the peaks to leave the top of the finish smooth while still having a deep, random texture. (It shouldn’t show any trowel lines or directional pattern 🤞)

Sooo if you’re wanting to do it yourself that’s how it’s done, but it’s probs easier just to give us a call 😉
