We’re looking for an experienced roofer who wants to transition into a Sales / Estimator role — quoting jobs, meeting clients, and getting paid properly for your knowledge.
💰 WHAT’S ON OFFER:
✔️ Base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
✔️ Realistic earnings: $125K–$300K+
✔️ Company vehicle / fuel (depending on experience)
✔️ Steady flow of qualified leads (no door knocking)
✔️ Work with a solid, established team
✔️ Get off the tools but stay in the industry you know
🔧 ABOUT THE ROLE:
Attend site visits and assess roofing works
Prepare quotes using our system (training provided)
Build trust with clients and close jobs
Work closely with our operations team
👉 You’ll be using your real roofing experience, not reading from a script.
👊 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven roofing experience (essential)
Good with people – you can communicate clearly and confidently
Reliable, organised, and hungry to earn more
Basic tech skills (we’ll train the rest)
Driver’s licence
🔥 WHO THIS IS PERFECT FOR:
A roofer whose body is starting to feel it
Someone who knows they’re worth more than hourly rates
