Another install knocked over this week in Dunalley.

A tight block required a smaller irrigation area than usual, so a 60m2 raised bed was designed by Peter at Rock Solid Geotechnics.

We installed the sleeper walls and filled it with a recycled glass/sand mix from Hazell Bros, first time using this product and have to say it was easy to work with and definitely fit for purpose.

Of course we hit rock, it's the kind of luck I'm having at the moment 🤣

But all in all a solid couple of days, ready for the house slab and drains to be connected next week.

A solid week last week installing 2 x Taylex poly systems, one in Forcett and another in Cremorne.

Both had their challenges!

Forcett job we had to bypass the old septic that was conveniently located under the deck, remove the old grease trap and run new drains, then we hit stone and were tapping away on the breaker all afternoon.

At Cremorne we removed a failed Biolytix system which we discovered had been concreted in, so we had to dig a new hole uphill from the old one.

350m2 new irrigation also installed at Cremorne.

Great work again by Robinsons Gravel and Excavations, All Pumping Solutions and Latham Electrical for getting these ones done with minimal inconvenience to the homeowners

I would like to wish all of our customers and followers a happy and safe Easter!

Things are tight and everyone is doing it a bit tough, but I hope you get to spend some quality time with family and friends over the weekend and eat a few too many chocolates!

A big day in Parattah yesterday for Jarrod Horne building where we installed a 3250L septic, 40m of sanitary drainage and 3 x 15m absorption trenches designed by Peter at Rock Solid Geotechnics to service a new dwelling.

All aggregates, bedding sand and topsoil delivered to site by Robinsons Gravel.

First installation of 2026 done and dusted.

A subdivision in Sorell meant the need for a wastewater upgrade and removal of the 35 year old septic tank.

New Econocycle AWTS, new drains, 400m2 sub surface irrigation under loam & power connection all done with no interruption to the home owners.
