Last week we selected two great Sydney team members to travel to Melbourne for hands-on training with our amazing Team Leader, Matheus.

This week, Matheus travelled to Sydney to lead and guide our new Sydney site team leaders as we continue to grow.

We couldn’t be prouder of the team representing MCS. Matheus has truly exceeded our expectations and shown us what great leadership looks like. We’re also incredibly proud of the dedication and commitment shown by Carlos and Anderson.

It’s exciting to see our team developing, supporting one another, and building strong leaders across both Sydney and Melbourne.

Great job, everyone! We’re excited for what’s ahead.
