Couple of external down lights we did last year switched via sensors in multiple locations, so no matter where you step out you’ll have light. Extra external lighting is great not just for visibility but also for security, especially coming into winter where it’s dark here in Canberra at 5pm. No more struggling to find keys or being worried about that noise outside anymore.

Very proud of this one, this is the type of project we enjoy doing and our attention to detail we believe is what sets us apart, and the end result is so satisfying.

The client reached out to us asking for a lighting solution for their new carport, and we wanted to do something a bit nicer than batten lights, so I came up with the idea of dotless RGBW LED strip.

We reached out to our local wholesaler John R Turk Fyshwick (Fyshwick, ACT, Australia) and in conjunction with Havit Lighting they came up with the perfect product, Havits 24V DC IP67 14.4w/m rgbw dotless led strip.

After lots measuring, drilling through steel, pulling cables and fitting off, we think the end product is unreal and the extra effort in setup provided a seamless finish that provides a great level of lighting, but also feature lighting if desired.

Installation is controlled by 2 Voltex Electrical sensors at either end and an override switch , and colours can be changed and dimmed via remote

RCD upgrade and changing of circuit protection device rating to suit insulation to be installed soon in ceiling space and wall cavities, making sure everything is compliant 👍 Spare circuit is for future cabling to be done, made sense to add the breaker in whilst already in there. Thanks again to for coming though with the goods as always.

Apartment renovation we recently helped complete. This one consisted of a LED IC-4 Downlights, DB upgrade with RCD rating complaint to suit install of thermal insulation in roof space, new circuits for electric oven and cooktop, changed power arrangement to suit new kitchen layout and an extra power point for the wall mounted TV. Also installed a cheeky little fan in the bedroom to clear newly installed cabinetry. Quick job from the weekend, we added two down lights into a bathroom for the client as it was dark and dingy previously with just the tastic lamp, also replaced the cheap and nasty switch that was put in during construction that had become faulty to a Iconic series switch with the illustrated rockers and changed it to a layout that made more sense. Tri-Colour LED Downlight’s that the team added in to a repeat customers home as part of ongoing upgrades. The level and quality of light through the living room and kitchen now is infinitely better, and no more shadows in the kitchen 🧑‍🍳

Some photos of a reno we’ve been working on. Redoing Tv, Data, lighting and power through the house and upgrading everything to LED Lighting and Clipsal Iconic. Also added a ducted heating and cooling system.

⚡️14kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted aircon we’ve just installed featuring their new Hyper Inverter with 3 zone controls to operate the living area, main bedroom and other bedrooms.

The advantages of this unit is they’re super efficient, and the indoor unit is so quiet you won’t know it’s on 😮

In this instance the unit was put in for a cost effective way of heating and cooling the house, replacing the x3 old electric heaters, gas heater and fireplace that was previously in service.

We did this as part of an extensive renovation to this house which we’ll feature when it’s complete.
