MEET BRAD…

1. What’s your role at Residential Retreats, and what’s your favourite part about it? 🧡

My role is Leading hand and my favourite thing about it is helping my team to achieve a common goal 🙌🏼

2. If you were a tool, what tool would you be and why? 😂🛠️

I would be Multigrips, because no matter what the task is I’ll adjust and find a way to get it done 💪🏼

3. What does your perfect weekend look like? ⛳️🍻

Wake up, have a cafe breakfast with my beautiful fiancé then head to the golf course for a cheeky 18 holes, then I would head to the pub to put some coins down for a pool table and order myself a Guinness, Split the G of course, and see where the night takes me 😂🍺🎱

4. What made you want to get into landscaping? 🌿

I can build pretty much anything out of anything, I don’t like building the same thing all the time and landscaping keeps me on my toes and allows me to have some creative freedom in what I do. 👌🏼

5. If you weren’t working in landscaping, what do you think you’d be doing instead? 💭

Landschaftsbau — thats German for landscaping by the way 😉😂

Standing in the EXACT same spot… what a bloody difference!! 😮‍💨🔥

Now THIS is a transformation.

We took what was once an overgrown and underused area and completely reworked it into a clean, functional space that feels like it was always meant to be there.

Safe to say, the before & after speaks for itself on this one. 👏🏼🧡

MEET ASH…

1. What’s your role at Residential Retreats, and what’s your favourite part about it? 🧡

Administration Officer, AKA organiser of the chaos. 😂 My favourite part is getting to watch the boys bring our clients visions to life. They’re incredibly talented at what they do, and it’s pretty special watching a project go from an idea on paper to the finished product.

2. If you were a tool, what tool would you be and why? 😂🛠️

A multi-tool, because I’m doing 47 different things at once and somehow making it all work. 😂

3. What does your perfect weekend look like? 🌿

A weekend away with my husband and our four kids, somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just slowing down, switching off and making all the memories 🤍

4. What made you want to get into landscaping? 🌱

The boss… AKA the husband. 😂 Apparently marrying a landscaper also meant joining the landscaping industry!

5. If you weren’t working in landscaping, what do you think you’d be doing instead? 💭

Realistically, I’d probably still be in my public service job… but I’d like to think I would’ve taken the leap back into hairdressing, started my business again and hopefully have my own little salon by now. ✂️

MEET RORY…

1. What’s your role at Residential Retreats and what is your favourite part about it? 🧡

I am the owner / call centre. 📞😂

The favourite part of my position is being able to watch my team continue to grow and achieve their goals in and outside of work. 🙌🏼✨

2. If you were a tool, what would you be and why? 🛠️

I’d be an excavator. With the right attachment I can do anything. 🚜😂

3. What does your perfect weekend look like? 🏕️

Anywhere with The wife and kids, no phone reception and some motorbikes. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦📵🏍️

4. What made you get into landscaping? 🌿

I love the creative element of being able to twist and manipulate nearly anything to make it better than it was before. 🤌🏼✨

5. If you weren’t working in landscaping, what would you be doing? 💭

I’m not exactly sure but I know I would be building a business doing something creative. 💡🙌🏼
