A small feature wall in an apartment in gungahlin, super happy with how it all turned out. The natural oak panelling from .com.au went in with a breeze and loving how the false fireplace heater is making the whole place feel so much cosier. Will be great throughout the cooler months and the client couldn't be happier.

There's something just so satisfying about keeping history alive and what better way than to replace the old rotted out handrails on a building in the main street of Braidwood.

First solo heritage job on the books and 84 Wallace St had been deserving of some love for a while.

A little throwback to a table I was a part of in november. Helped flatten the iron bark slab that was salvaged from the 2019 bushfires and made the legs from similar timber. All came together very well with some very happy clients.

Nothing better than being able to re-purpose offcut for another deserving client. After the recent Mount Crosby job there were some leftovers from the handrails and what better way to use them than to make them a centre-piece in someone's kitchen.

A well deserved facelift for an old Queenslander. The new decking and handrails are all spotted gum set off by stainless steel balustrading and screws.

Massive job for the first of the year but super impressed with the end result and the clients couldn't be happier.

Also was the first use of the new KS120r system and what a machine it is, made the job such a breeze.

All in all a successful start to the year with more to come.

A few Christmas time picture frames. Made from Victorian ash the subtle colour combined with some clear oil really set it off the look against a neutral coloured wall.

Have a slab that needs flattening?

What about some dodgy end grain or knotted timber that is playing havoc with thicknessers giving massive tear out?

Or even just an old cutting board that has seen its fair use and needs to be flattened to stop it from rocking on the bench or to take the knife grooves out.

Well as long as it's 2700x1200 or smaller I can sort this out for you. The finish is second to none coming out like 240grit sand paper.

A sneak peak of some coasters I'm making with the help of my router sled.
These are just cross sections of some sustainably sourced iron bark finished with some Scandinavian oil. Can't wait to make more!

A recent Japanese style lamp top and bottom I completed for a client.

They're stoked with the outcome and so am I.

The origin made light work of the pattern and just continues to prove its worth and versatility.

Louvre install coming along nicely. It's a lot of work to make the top and bottom tracks plumb, straight and level but super satisfying to put them together.
